All prescription medications require a valid, unexpired prescription issued by a licensed healthcare professional.
You may upload your prescription during checkout; we reserve the right to verify and decline any order that does not meet our prescription requirements.

Availability of a product on the site does not guarantee that it will be in stock; in the event of unavailability, we will notify you and refund any payment made.
5. Ordering & Payment
Once you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we process your order for shipment.

Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are displayed at checkout; these are estimates and not guarantees.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Prescription medicines cannot be returned for safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at healthymedix350@gmail.com with photos. We will replace or refund your order at no extra cost.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
