At HealthyMedix, we want you to receive your medications safely—and if anything goes wrong, we’ve got you covered. Please review the terms below:
1. Lost & Delayed Shipments

Reshipment Eligibility:

If your package does not arrive within 7–15 days after the estimated delivery date provided in your shipping confirmation, you may request a free reshipment.

Report missing orders within 8 weeks (56 days) of the shipment date by emailing healthymedix350@gmail.com with your order number.

Late reports (after 8 weeks) cannot be honored for reshipment or refund.

Customs Delays:

All orders are treated as imports and may be held in customs for up to 21 days. Please allow this time before filing a lost-shipment claim.

2. Refund Eligibility & Timing

Minimum Waiting Period:

Before you can request a refund for non-delivery, please wait 60 days from your order confirmation date to accommodate potential customs or carrier delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Report any damaged, defective, or wrong products within 7 days of receipt by emailing healthymedix350@gmail.com with photos and a brief description.

Prescription Medications:

For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription items cannot be returned once shipped.

3. Return Conditions for Over-the-Counter Products

Items must be unopened, sealed, and unused.

Returned products must not exceed their printed expiration date.

You’re responsible for shipping returns back to us in a trackable, secure manner unless we issue a prepaid return label.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address you provided, we cannot automatically reship or refund.
