Refund & Return Policy

At HealthyMedix, we want you to receive your medications safely—and if anything goes wrong, we’ve got you covered. Please review the terms below:


1. Lost & Delayed Shipments

  • Reshipment Eligibility:

    • If your package does not arrive within 7–15 days after the estimated delivery date provided in your shipping confirmation, you may request a free reshipment.

    • Report missing orders within 8 weeks (56 days) of the shipment date by emailing healthymedix350@gmail.com with your order number.

    • Late reports (after 8 weeks) cannot be honored for reshipment or refund.

  • Customs Delays:

    • All orders are treated as imports and may be held in customs for up to 21 days. Please allow this time before filing a lost-shipment claim.

2. Refund Eligibility & Timing

  • Minimum Waiting Period:

    • Before you can request a refund for non-delivery, please wait 60 days from your order confirmation date to accommodate potential customs or carrier delays.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • Report any damaged, defective, or wrong products within 7 days of receipt by emailing healthymedix350@gmail.com with photos and a brief description.

  • Prescription Medications:

    • For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription items cannot be returned once shipped.

3. Return Conditions for Over-the-Counter Products

  • Items must be unopened, sealed, and unused.

  • Returned products must not exceed their printed expiration date.

  • You’re responsible for shipping returns back to us in a trackable, secure manner unless we issue a prepaid return label.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address you provided, we cannot automatically reship or refund.

  • To correct an address prior to dispatch, contact us immediately at healthymedix350@gmail.com.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Email healthymedix350@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return/refund or non-delivery report

    • Photos (if damaged/incorrect)

  2. Our team will review and reply within 2 business days with next steps.

  3. For approved refunds, credit is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
