1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel any order within 24 hours of placement, or at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility.
After your order leaves our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Eligible Cancellation Scenarios
Limited-Quantity Products: If stock is running low, orders may be held; you can cancel to avoid any inconvenience.
Out-of-Stock Items: We automatically cancel and notify you if an item becomes unavailable.
Payment Errors: Pre-paid orders with failed or incomplete transactions will be canceled.
No Receipt Generated: Orders without valid payment confirmation are voided.

4. Post-Dispatch & Return-Based Refunds
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you still wish to return the package, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return per our Refund & Return Policy.
5. Confirmation & Refund Timeline
